Overview
A full-home renovation that modernized how the house works day to day without erasing what made it worth keeping.
The Challenge
The floor plan was divided into small, disconnected rooms, and earlier updates had covered much of the home's original character.
Andrea's Design Response
Circulation was simplified and key rooms were connected, while original floors, trim, and proportions were retained and restored.
