Overview
A second story added the bedrooms this growing family needed while keeping them in the neighborhood they love.
The Challenge
The single-story house had run out of room, and the addition needed to read as part of the original house rather than an obvious add-on.
Andrea's Design Response
Roof lines, window proportions, and materials were carried up from the existing house, and the plans were prepared for planning review from the start.
